Saps confirms a case of house robbery and murder are being investigated. During the night a women was murdered on her farm close to Haenetsburg. I do not have any other information at the moment but will keep you up to date. My heart and prayers go out to her family

■ BREAKING NEWS: Woman found dead in Haenertsburg
update- An elderly woman was found dead by her domestic worker Monday morning on the farm Silver Mist close to Haenertsburg.
According to colonel Ronel Otto, preliminary information indicate that the woman was attacked by an unknown suspect or suspects while watching television.
“Her hands were tied behind her back with sellotape and her mouth was also closed with the same material. Her body was left under a mattress in one of the rooms.” said Otto.
