Father dead and mother critically injured
A son rushed to his parents house to find his father shot dead and his mother fighting for her life.

The house is blocked off where a man was found shot dead earlier this morning in Voster Street.
Voster Street packed with police and paramedic vehicles following a mysterious shooting incident earlier this morning.
A man has been shot dead and his wife critically injured following a mysterious shooting incident this morning in Krugersdorp West.
At around 7.50am, Sector 5’s Community Policing Forum (CPF) first aid responders were called to a house in Voster Street to attend to a woman who was in a critical condition after being shot in the chest.
It is believed the couple’s son received a phone call from one of his parent’s informing him that there is trouble at home. On his arrival at the house he found his father shot dead and his mother fighting for her life when he called the CPF for help.
CPF patrollers closed the street to make way for paramedics from ER24
and Netcare 911 followed by the Krugersdorp police and Flying Squad to enter the scene.
The woman was stablised on the scene and taken to Leratong Hospital to receive emergency surgery due to her serious condition.
The bullet allegedly went through her chest and her one leg was already numb suggesting that she had a very serious injury.
It is not clear if it was a robbery at this stage as nothing was reported missing in the house.
The News spoke to one of the couple’s neighbours who claim they did not hear any gunshots nor noticed a commotion of some sort at the time of the incident.
It is also believed that no firearm was found in the house.
