Kagiso Nkedi (30) was sentenced to 25 years effectively in prison.Nkedi admitted in the Swartruggens/Bojalanala Platinum District magistrate's court on 14 March 2016 that : "It was part of the struggle, I raped her (the Afrikaans farm woman, 82) because she is white'.

He has another outstanding farm attack and rape case pending against him. He was given 25 years effectively in prison for all the charges before him.
